**Royalty-Free License Agreement**
This Royalty-Free License Agreement is made between Waryhub ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee").
1. **Grant of License:** Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the image(s) for personal or commercial purposes.
2. **Usage Rights:** Licensee may use the image(s) for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
3. **Restrictions:** Licensee may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image(s). Licensee may not use the image(s) in a defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful manner. If Content contains any recognisable trademarks, logos or brands, you cannot use that Content for commercial purposes in relation to goods and services.
4. **Attribution:** No attribution is required, but it is appreciated if the image is credited to Waryhub.com.
5. **Payment:** Licensee agrees to pay the specified fee for the license. No additional royalties will be owed for future use.
6. **Termination:** This license is valid indefinitely, but Licensor may terminate the license if Licensee violates the terms of this Agreement.
7.**Model:** You cannot use Content in any immoral or illegal way, especially Content which features recognisable people.
By downloading and using the image(s), Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
Regular License
A Regular License allows customers to use the image in a single end product or project for personal or commercial use. The image can be used in a variety of ways, such as on a website, in social media posts, or in printed materials. However, the key limitation is that the end product must not be resold or redistributed where the image plays a significant role in its value.
Key Points:
Usage: Single end product, personal or commercial use.
Distribution: Can be used in digital or physical media, but the end product cannot be resold or redistributed.
Customization: The image can be modified to fit the project's needs.
Limitation: Cannot be used in products where the image is the primary value (e.g., in a stock photo bundle or a template for resale).
Extended License
An Extended License offers more flexibility and broader usage rights compared to the Regular License. It allows customers to use the image in multiple projects, including items that will be resold or redistributed, where the image plays a significant role in the value of the end product.

Usage: Multiple end products, including those for resale or redistribution.
Distribution: Can be used in digital or physical media, with no restriction on the number of copies.
Customization: The image can be modified, and it can be included in products where it is a primary value.
Ideal For: Products like templates, apps, or merchandise where the image is a key element.
